Lower Vacuum Tube Assembly

The Lower Vacuum Tube Assembly with Universal Adapter attaches directly to any digger head.  As a result, his requires only four bolts to attach to any Fence Post Digger Head. In addition, these four 5/16-28 bolts, with Nylock Nuts, securely attach the digger heads to the Universal Adapter.  This joint stands up to the most demanding digging operations.  The Lower Vacuum Tube Assembly, with Universal Adapter, comes in three lengths. The 8″ and 14″ are for Core Diggers.  The 28-1/2″ length is for Post Hole Diggers.

This is generally a replacement part.  However, it can be used to shorten, or lengthen, the overall height of the digger handle.  This can also be done, by purchasing different lengths of the Upper Vacuum Tube Extensions.

You can purchase Post hole Digger Heads with the universal assembly.  These are known as Quick Change Heads.

How To Use the Lower Vacuum Tube Assembly with the Universal Adapter

The male end of the extension tube easily inserts 2.5 inches into the corresponding female section. As a result the joint is strong.  The strength is the result of double steel thickness. Therefore, each section only requires two  5/16-28 bolts.  As a result of thin steel construction, the extension tubes are light weight. The resulting high strength, light weight joint meets most digging torque requirements. A lower assembly and a digger head make up a Quick Change Head.  As a result, fast change-out of digger heads is possible.  This works easily with two 5/16-28 bolts. In addition, these same size bolts, attach the Lower Vacuum Tube to the Post Hole Digger Vacuum Tube Extension. Finally, the precision tube joint is shown below.

Lower Vacuum Tube is universal

The Universal Adapter design works with all digger heads.  It works with any of the Holey-Moley digger heads. Joint connections are strong and straight because of double tubing.  Consequently deep holes remain straight and uniform.
